Cooking with Clay

No it’s not the new fad diet and I’m not suggesting that you start eating clay.

What I am actually talking about are a range of lovely Columbian Organic Black Clay Pots and tableware called La Chamba.

The pots  are all hand made from clay mined in La Chamba, Columbia. The La Chamba range sold by La Chamba Imports are very versatile and can be used in the oven and on hobs. I highly recommend these pots!
